Logitech MX Mechanical Mini Keyboard review

Greetings! Are you familiar with the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini keyboard? It has been generating a lot of buzz lately due to its wireless capabilities and modern design. I want to impart some of its remarkable features and my experience using it for daily tasks.Firstly, let’s delve into its design. The Logitech MX Mechanical Mini is constructed soundly with an aluminum top plate and adjustable feet that provide comfortable typing. It is also wireless and can be charged using a USBC port, making it extremely convenient.

The keyboard’s wireless implementation stands out as one of its most impressive features. It connects seamlessly and without any lag and can support up to three devices simultaneously with both a dongle and Bluetooth connectivity. Additionally, it has an impressive battery life of up to 10 months! I particularly love the customizable LED lighting and animations, which add a fun element.

Regarding the typing experience, while the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini may not be the top-of-the-line custom mechanical keyboard, it still provides a great typing feel. The keys have a quiet tactile sensation and a decent travel distance. However, the keycaps are made of ABS plastic, which may wear over time, and the non-standard stabilizer design for the spacebar may need to be more convenient.

I’m personally using it for the last 6 month with two of my separate project setups. One is MacBook and another one is Win laptop.

And I have no issues ever, but from other side it’s a little bit boring, it’s just gray, so I’m looking for something new and the first candidate is NuPhy Air75!

Overall, the Logitech MX Mechanical Mini keyboard is a sound choice for daily use, particularly if you’re looking for a reliable wireless keyboard with a modern design. Of course, some shortcomings should be considered, such as the keycap quality and stabilizer design. As technology evolves, I am excited to see what Logitech has in store for future models!
